What Should I Do If I See A Street Light Out of Service?
If you are in the Pines at Campbells Crossing section off of Highway 49, you can report the outage to York Electric Coop by visiting their website at York Electric Request Light Repair and completing the form.
If you are in the Campbells Crossings sections off of Campbells Road or Paraham Road, you can report the outage to Duke Energy directly by visiting their website at Duke Energy Request Light Repair
In either case you can mark the appropriate light with a ribbon or something similar and send email to
contact@campbellscrossing.org indicating the nearest address to
the street light. It usually takes between 3–5 business days before
the light is replaced.
Can I access or fish in ponds located in the Association?
No, each of the four ponds located in the Association boundaries are owned by the property owners that abut the pond (pond owners) and are identified in the Covenants & Restrictions.
These pond owners have a joint obligation to maintain and repair their pond and have exclusive use of their pond.
Furthermore, the Association does not maintain or grant requests for access.

Who do I contact if I have member account or other general

Where can I obtain access to the Pedestrian/Equestrian Trail?
Two member entrances are located on Paraham Road, one member entrance on Campbell Road, and one member entrance at Lakeford Lane. Each entrance is marked with a green sign indicating No Trespassing and No Motorized Vehicles. Note that there is no automobile parking at any of these entrances.
Can I use my ATV or motorcycle on the Pedestrian/Equestrian Trail?
No motorized vehicles are allowed on the Pedestrian/Equestrian Trail.
Any motorized vehicle that is caught on the trail will have the vehicle confiscated by the York County Sherriff and the
owner will have to pay a fine. Any member that destroys the trail with a motorized vehicle will be required to pay for
the repair of the trail. Only pedestrians, bicycles, dogs on leashes, and horses are allowed on the Pedestrian/Equestrian
Trail. The Pedestrian/Equestrian Trail is an asset that all members of the Campbells Crossing Homeowners' Association
should appreciate and enjoy. All users of this trail must be a CCHA member or be accompanied by a CCHA member.
